We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that require cancelling a project or requesting a refund. As a digital marketing agency, we are committed to providing high-quality services and strive to ensure customer satisfaction at all times. However, please note that the time invested in developing any digital product is not recoverable for our team. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:


• If cancellation or refund request is made before work has started, 100% of the payment will be refunded.
• If cancellation or refund request is made during the work process, the corresponding percentage for the work not done will be refunded.
• If work has already been completed and delivered, no cancellations will be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.


We reserve the right to determine the corresponding percentage for work not done in the case of cancellation or refund request during the work process. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team and provide a detailed explanation of your request. We will process all refund requests within a reasonable timeframe and will do our best to accommodate your needs.
